An unidentified Hispanic / Latino male between 35 and 55 years old was found unresponsive in the basement of a residential building on Jamaica Ave in Queens. He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens where he was pronounced deceased.
His first name or nickname was possibly "Chino."
The man was 5' 5"(65 inches) tall and weighed 153lbs. He had straight black hair, brown eyes, and a slight mustache and goatee. He had moles on the side of his face near his left eye. There was also evidence of prior injury to his left shoulder.
