Ruth Ann VanHoeson Hammond Frisbie Kenny Born December 27th 1945 in Cortland N.Y. My mother was estranged from her family by her choice prior to and at the time of her death. She had four daughters and had suffered two miscarriages. None of us knew of her passing until winter of 2011. Today I learned she is buried on Hart Island.
