Based on research, I believe this person to be Robert J Paddy, son of Alfred Pat Padovano and Rose Regina Parkowitz Parker. He was born 14 Feb 1926 in the Bronx. Robert J Paddy was a seaman, and traveled the world on numerous voyages, at least between 1944 - 1954 based on crew lists available for NYC arrivals. I will add more when able to confirm identity and other information. My connection is through Pat Padovano who was the stepfather of my father Kenneth John Brown, Sr.
