My Brother was negleted as a baby and spent a year in the hospital. He suffered from emotional and mental problems his whole life. We lost touch with him and so sad that he ended up on Hart Island. He deserved better than to end his life like this. He was not forgotten by his 2 Sister and may he now rest in peace.
