Inez Louise Dalrymple was born May 4, 1905, on the island of Jamaica, in the West Indies. She lived for a time in Florida, prior to 1951. While living at 603 Halsey St. in Brooklyn, New York (in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood), she became a U.S. citizen on May 3, 1955.
Inez made at least two return trips to the Caribbean, flying to Kingston, Jamaica from Idlewild, New York on November 7, 1954, and again in February 1958, when she is recorded as flying from Kingston to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
From at least 1993 through 1997, Inez lived at 5210 Church Avenue in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Inez Dalrymple died on April 18, 1998, at the Sea Crest Health Care Center; and was buried on Hart Island.
