Hubert Lescoat was born January 16, 1923, in France, the son of Jules and Modeste (Conan) Lescoat. He traveled from Le Havre, France to New York City on the Ile de France, arriving in New York on November 9, 1954. He made his home in the U.S., living on W. 74th Street in New York City, and later on 46th Street in Flushing, New York. Hubert Lescoat died December 9, 1995 at the Elmhurst Medical Center, and was buried on Hart Island.
