Frank Eulie was born in New York on the 1st of August 1900 to Felici "Felix" Eulie and Florentina "Florence" Striana Eulie. Both Felix and Florence emigrated to the United States from Italy and were married on the 25th of January 1898. This was a second marriage for Felix who had two, or possibly three, children with his first wife, Christina Landi.
Frank had thirteen siblings (including half siblings) Luisa (1886-1972), Ercole (1888, James (1895-1987), Joseph (1897-1986), Anthony (1899-), Celia (1902-), Mamie "Mae" (1904-1983), Enrico "Henry" (1907-1994), Emelio "William" (1908-1995), Feleci "Philip" 1910-), Rose (1912-1999), Angelina (1913-), Leria "Lena" (1916-1994).
Mother, Florence Eulie died in 1926 and, father, Felix Eulie in 1939.
On his WWI Draft Registration, Frank John Eulie states he is working at Conley Foil Company as a machine operator. By 1920, nineteen year old Frank, still living at home, is working as a "cigarette packer," and by 1930 he is a "caberet doorman." In 1940, his stated profession is "nightclub doorman."
In 1942, on his Draft Registration Card, Frank is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown eyes, brown hair and a dark complexion. He is employed by a "Cuban Casino."
Frank Eulie died on the 22nd of May 1982 and was buried on Hart Island on the 23 of February 1984.
