My First born Angelica Fermin born 07/01/1997. Sudden Breach birth at home caused by negligence from the hospital. I had been admitted a day before and released even though at 7 months I was having contractions. I wish could have saved. I never agreed to have you buried and yet again this horrible system failed me. I don't care how many years have passed. It still hurts like that day.
