David John Schnugg was the son of Margaret Elizabeth Till and Hans Kurt Schnugg. He served in the US Army from September 26 1986 to January 30 1987. David graduated from Talmage High School. In 1987, he was employed as a cook at Uncle Charlie's Restaurant in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
David died at the New York-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital.
